Once you have identified a Ravenkeeper dog you are interested in, we encourage you to email us with your personal details and preferred contact method. We welcome prospective clients and their families to visit our kennel to meet the dogs and trainers, allowing you to see how we operate and determine if the dog is a suitable match.
When you decide to proceed with the purchase of a Ravenkeeper dog, we will send you the contract details and proposed training schedule. We will pair the dog with the most suitable trainer based on your requirements. The trainer will maintain regular contact with you, providing photos, videos, and updates on the dog’s welfare and training progress. This ensures you have a point of contact for any questions throughout the process.
Upon completion of the training, we invite you to the kennels for a comprehensive handover session. This one-to-one meeting with the trainer is not time-limited, ensuring you are fully comfortable with all aspects of the dog’s training and commands. You will also receive a detailed aftercare package, which includes written guidance on training, as well as the health history and background of your Ravenkeeper dog.
We are pleased to accommodate viewings at our kennels, and for those unable to visit, we offer delivery of the dog for a fee. Detailed information about the delivery charge is included in our contract and can be discussed further based on your specific requirements.
We strive to remain paper-free where possible; therefore, we will email all aftercare information, except for the dog’s official papers.
